Interfaith Calendar Competition 2013
Its that time of year once again for schools to enter our calendar competition.
Hampshire County Council have once again teamed up with the Hampshire Interfaith Network to produce this annual and popular calendar which has gained far and wide appeal across the region. What we need from schools are entries such as a painting, drawing or a poem to represent an event or celebration in any of the following religions: Islam, Judaism, Jainism, Sikhism, Bahai, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, Christianity and Buddhism. For example in March it could be the Hindu celebration of Holi.
Name, age, school and school year must to be provided with each entry.
The Prizes
Winning schools will each be awarded
£50* and each winning student will be awarded £30 worth of bookshop
vouchers. Certificates will be presented to all entries featured at an Awards
Ceremony.
* Maximum £100 for school.
